We offer free web-based tools on our Site, including:
- PageSpeed Analyzer
- Website Health Checklist

- SERP Snippet Previewer
Accuracy and Limitations
Our free tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results are estimates based on publicly available APIs and general industry data. They do not constitute professional advice.
PageSpeed scores are obtained from the Google PageSpeed Insights API and reflect real-time Lighthouse audits. Scores may vary between runs due to network variability, server load, and other factors outside our control.
Revenue estimates from our Revenue Loss Calculator are based on published industry research and are intended as illustrative guidance, not guarantees of financial outcome.
No Warranty
Free tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations as to completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the results at your own discretion.
Data Submission
URLs or website addresses you submit to our tools are processed by third-party APIs (including Google PageSpeed Insights). By submitting a URL, you confirm you have the right to submit it for analysis. We do not store submitted URLs beyond the duration of your session unless you explicitly provide your email for a report.
4. Client Engagements
Proposals and Agreements
All client work is governed by a written Proposal or SOW. Work begins only after the SOW is approved and any required deposit is received. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms in your SOW; in the event of a conflict, the SOW prevails.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals as required to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect delivery timelines. We will not be held responsible for delays attributable to the client.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, and other materials required for your project. You warrant that you own or have the right to use all materials you provide to us.
Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is specified in your SOW. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.
Approval and Launch
Once you provide written approval of the final deliverable, the project is considered complete and approved. Changes requested after final approval are subject to additional fees.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise in your SOW. Starting price ranges displayed on our website are indicative; your actual price is confirmed in your SOW.
Deposit
Most projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount is specified in your SOW and is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule in your SOW. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Suspension of Work
We reserve the right to suspend work on your project if an invoice remains unpaid beyond 30 days past its due date. Work will resume upon receipt of full payment of outstanding balances.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual Property
Client ownership upon full payment
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for your project (custom design files, written code, content).
Our retained rights
We retain ownership of:
- Our general-purpose tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed independently of your project
- Third-party libraries and open-source software used in your project (subject to their respective licences)
- Pre-existing materials and our own intellectual property incorporated into deliverables
We grant you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any retained materials incorporated into your delivered project.
Portfolio rights
We reserve the right to display your completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
Site content
All content on truehubsolutions.com (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by True Hub Solutions and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, data, or project details to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., sharing access credentials with a specific third-party tool to complete your project) or as required by law.
This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our warranties
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
- Deliverables will substantially conform to the specifications agreed in your SOW
- We have the right to enter into these Terms and perform the services
Disclaimers
We do not warrant that:
- Specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, rankings, conversions) will result from our services
- Search engine rankings will improve by a specific amount or within a specific timeframe
- The Site will be available without interruption or error at all times
Digital marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We provide our best professional efforts; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
The Site and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity
- We shall not be liable for damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Termination
Termination by client
You may terminate an engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Termination by True Hub Solutions
We may terminate an engagement immediately if you:
- Breach these Terms or your SOW and fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of notice
- Fail to pay an invoice within 30 days of its due date
- Engage in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, or damaging to our reputation
Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all completed work. Deliverables will be transferred to you upon receipt of final payment.
Survival
Clauses relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection or data protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For active client engagements, changes to Terms will not affect your current SOW without your written agreement.
