This data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare's edge network infrastructure. It is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use our site; we do not use it to identify individuals.
Information from our free tools
Our free tools (PageSpeed Analyzer, etc.) may send URLs you submit to the Google PageSpeed Insights API for analysis. We do not store the URLs you test beyond the duration of your session unless you explicitly submit your email for a report.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries: when you submit a contact form or book a consultation, we use your contact details to get back to you
- To deliver our services: project communication, deliverables, updates, and invoicing for clients

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioural tracking cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use our website or tools.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Contact form submissions: Retained in HubSpot CRM for up to 3 years, or until you request deletion
- Client project data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years for record-keeping purposes
- Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default retention setting
- Tool email submissions: Retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
